Training will be conducted by William M. "Billy" Green.   Billy is ATSSA certified (0245574) and a VDOT certified Advanced, Intermediate and Basic Work Zone Safety Instructor (070809000). Billy has been working in the heavy highway industry since 1974 and retired from VDOT as the Senior Construction Manager for the Northern Virginia District. Since retirement from VDOT; Mr. Green worked for several years as the State Construction Manager for Volkert, Inc.   Billy is now a certified OSHA 10 & 30 Instructor as well as Trenching and Excavation Safety courses.  He is a Cetified Partnering Facilitator and assists local communiities in the LAP process and administration.  He is also a part of the teaching team for the Asphalt, Slurry Seal & Surface Treatment Certification program.
